Creative Management and Operation

AECOM Asia

At AECOM, I have manage a creative team formed by 6 team members of multimedia designers, graphic designers, photographers, among Hong Kong & Asia locations. Also manage list of external venders includes videographers, photographers, drone technician, multimedia production house and event production house.

Creative leadership:

  • Lead engagement with key stakeholders of significant assignments to ensure alignment on the creative brief from the start

  • Provide creative direction to the team to guide fulfilment

  • Personally undertake creative concept development for key assignments

  • Lead by example on the creative and compliant use of AECOM’s brand guidelines

  • Promote understanding of and compliance with AECOM’s brand guidelines

Operational management: 

  • Lead the Asia creative services team comprising members located in Hong Kong and Manila.

  • Manage the creative assignments pipeline for the team

  • Build up Asia Region content in AECOM’s global visual assets bank

  • Organize knowledge management and knowledge sharing on visual assets

  • Represent Asia Region on global visual brand initiatives
