OnBoard For Good Limited (OnBoard) is a CSV (Creating Shared Value) initiative supported by New World Development. They hold a vision to create sustainable “post-retirement” career paths to empower athletes in Hong Kong. As a social innovation, they invest and incubate startup companies founded by athletepreneurs, provide career advisory and job matching opportunities to athletes, support employers with professional head-hunting services, and offer creative sports and CSV solutions to businesses, NGOs and schools.
