Long Story Short.

Currently working as a Creative Manager at AECOM Asia. Graduated from BA (Hons) in Graphic Design at Cambridge School of Art, ARU, UK. Holder of a Higher Diploma in Multimedia Design & Technology at School of Design, POLYU.

During his role in AECOM, Tommy manages and oversees the creative works for the Asia region, covering 4 sub-regions: Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan and Southeast Asia. He leads a diverse team of 6 creative designers among Hong Kong and Asia locations by giving art directions and reviewing and managing production timelines, to achieve the creative from conceptual ideas to various deliverables.

With 4As agency experience, Tommy proactively demonstrates his creativities in advertising campaigns to his clients by giving art direction on branding and above-the-line creative, including key visual development, visualisation of conceptual ideas, storyboarding for TVC/animation, managing production with photographers, videographers and animators.

With digital media work experience at the SCMP, Tommy is also specialised in developing creatives for various social media and paid-marketing contents in driving readership and subscriptions, including digital brand campaign and digital marketing landing page UI/UX design. He also supports the trending NFT project: ARTIFACTS by developing go-to-market visual communication assets for the company meta product.

Tommy is also experienced in giving creative support for c-suites, corporate and strategic partnership initiatives and event conference creatives during his roles in both AECOM and SCMP.
